Telehealth and COVID 19

Here at Functional Freedom Physiotherapy, we offer online video consultations to help keep you moving during these changing conditions related to the Coronavirus Pandemic. COVID-19 has presented us with an unprecedented challenge.  Australians are being asked to take measures that we’ve never had to before.

There are many things we are doing as professionals at our physiotherapy clinic to minimise risk of exposure through rigorous hygiene practices and patient screening to keep you and our staff safe.  So, you are welcome to come in for your treatment with the physiotherapist subject to our screening processes. However, if you are in self-isolation or would prefer to minimise contact in any way, you may like to consult with us via Telehealth.

What will this look like? A comprehensive physiotherapy consultation delivered fully online via the Cliniko program, complimented by PhysiTrack - the online platform will allow the physio to prescribe exercise programs using video demonstrations, and track your progress using the PhysiTrack app!

How will this help you? Through the verbal history taking coupled with your physio's expertise as they watch your physical movements, a diagnosis, self treatment plan and exercise program can be formed. The only difference is your physio will help take you through how to treat yourself using different tools and exercises! Can even help with your sports physiotherapy concerns as this extended pre-season is a great time to fix those niggles!

Do you need to be an expert on a computer? Absolutely not!! This platform will generate an email when your appointment is to commence. Simply hit the link on the email and follow the prompts! No log in, subscriptions or memberships required! It's that simple!
